1. Information We Collect
pixelcraftworks collects only the information necessary to execute the requested cloud software services. This includes:
- Contact information (name, email address, phone number) submitted via our contact form.
- Technical requirements and project specifications shared during consultation.
- Payment information processed through our Stripe integration (we do not store card details).
- Essential cookies required for site functionality (see Cookie Policy below).
2. Purpose of Data Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to inquiries and provide cloud software development services.
- To execute contractual obligations for active projects.
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements under Danmark and EU law.
- To maintain internal records for accounting and tax purposes.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Our processing activities are based on: (a) performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); (b) your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); and (c) compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Project-related data is retained for 24 months after project completion. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months.
5. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, request rectification, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
6. Data Security
pixelcraftworks implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.
7. Third-Party Processors
We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), our cloud infrastructure providers (AWS/GCP/Azure), and email service providers. All processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) compliant with GDPR.
8. International Transfers
If data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging pixelcraftworks for cloud software services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
pixelcraftworks provides cloud software development, infrastructure setup, and related technical services as described in individual project proposals and service agreements. All deliverables are defined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified.
- Payment terms: 50% upfront upon project initiation, 50% upon completion and delivery.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance.
- Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, configurations, and deliverables created specifically for the client are transferred to the client's ownership. pixelcraftworks retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in service delivery.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for a period of 36 months.
6. Limitation of Liability
pixelcraftworks' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the applicable service agreement. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Service Level Agreement
pixelcraftworks commits to a 99.9% uptime guarantee for managed infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 72 hours in advance. Service credits apply per the SLA schedule.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client receives all work completed to date. Pre-paid fees for undelivered work are refunded within 14 business days.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Danmark. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Aarhus, Danmark.
Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms
pixelcraftworks offers refunds based on the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If work has not commenced, a full refund of any upfront payment will be issued within 14 business days.
- Partial Refund: If work is partially completed, the client is invoiced for work performed to date. Any excess pre-payment is refunded within 14 business days.
- No Refund: Completed deliverables that have been delivered and accepted by the client are non-refundable.
2. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, either remediate the work or issue a partial refund proportional to the undelivered value.
3. Subscription & Recurring Services
For ongoing managed services, cancellation requires 30 days notice. The current billing period is non-refundable, but no further charges will be incurred after the notice period.
4. Payment Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution (typically 5–10 business days).
